A fun family day event at Clickimin Leisure Complex with a range of FREE activities, outdoor games, live music, a BBQ and tents/marquees with teas, coffees and homebakes!
To celebrate the end of Summer and to bring people together after a difficult year, Shetland Recreational Trust, RLNI, Voluntary Action Shetland (VAS), Shetland Islands Council Youth & Employability Services, and Relay for Life have come together to bring you a FUN packed day for the whole family.
All activities are FREE and there is no need to book, just turn up and enjoy a day of fun activities with lots of prizes to be won, live music, and refreshments at Clickimin Leisure Complex!
ZetTrans are providing a FREE Park 'n' Ride service to and from the event - please see page 2 of our programme for details.
RLNI & Relay For Life are kindly providing refreshments, including a BBQ, Teas, Coffees, Homebakes, Candy Floss & Popcorn which will be available to buy from their tents/marquee's at the North Pitch, (all proceeds go to charity funds). We ask that you bring your own picnic blanket.
Highlights include, games from VAS, Cycle Tasters from Ability Shetland & NHS Shetland, Zorbing Football from SIC Youth & Employability Services and sports taster sessions from local sports clubs.
We also welcome a superb line up of local bands which you won't want to miss!
We are delighted to be able to offer many exciting activities for FREE and we want as many people to come along, try them out and enjoy this fun day event!
