RLSS UK National Pool Lifeguard Course (30th June - 15th July '25)
We're running an RLSS UK National Pool Lifeguard Course from the 30th June - 15th July 2025 at Clickimin Leisure Complex.
This is a great opportunity to gain a professional and well recognised qualification. Please see the poster for more details: 
Cost: £115.50 per person
Age Requirement: 16+ by the date of assessment (15th July 2025)
Swimming Ability: Must be a confident and competent swimmer
Candidates must also meet the following prerequisites:
- Jump or dive into deep water
- Swim 50 metres in less than 60 seconds
- Swim 100 metres continuously on front and back in deep water
- Tread water for 30 seconds
- Surface dive to the floor of the pool
- Climb out unaided without ladder or steps
