Throughout February Shetland Recreational Trust conducted a Customer Satisfaction Survey across its 8 Leisure Facilities.

Throughout February Shetland Recreational Trust conducted a Customer Satisfaction Survey across its 8 Leisure Facilities.

The survey was open to all customers using any SRT facility during the period 8-21 February 2019. The total number of responses received was 1063.

We were delighted to receive so many positive comments and responses from this survey and we want to share the findings with you as a testament to our ability to constantly deliver high-quality leisure services to our customers.

A huge thank you to all of those who completed the survey.

In the poster below we present the results and have taken on board all feedback, both positive and negative, and will continue to use all the comments and feedback to improve our offerings and services.
