Casual Recreation Assistant

Rate of Pay

£14.86 per hour including Island Allowance

Hours of Work

As required and available - including daytime, evening, and weekend working. Fixed hours may also be available.

Interviews

Interviews will be held Monday 7th April 2025

Overall purpose of the role:

To work as part of a small team delivering a high standard of service to customers, which ensures they can make full and safe use of the facilities. To assist with the effective and efficient day to day running of the Centre.

Successful applicants will hold National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or have ability to gain this within three months employment. (Full training will be given)

If applicant does not hold NPLQ, a swim test must be completed prior to Interview.

Full Time Recreation Assistant (Maternity Cover)

Rate of Pay

£28,585 to £29,371 per annum including Island Allowance

Hours of Work

Average 37 hours per week (based on a two week working pattern). We may be open to discussing amendments to the working pattern, but these must meet the needs of the facility.
