We have over 35 classes per week. Find out more about the different classes below!

FuncFit Circuits

Feel the effects of this total body workout using the functional gym equipment in Aspire.

Build strength, speed and stamina while improving lifting technique, core stability & co-ordination.

Indoor Cycle (ICG)

£4.70 pc | £3.60 (lunchtime)
Designed to provide you with the optimum in fat burning and strength building.

This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great interval workout!

Fatburn Extreme

£3.00 per class
Get maximum results in minimum time with this fixed 20 minute workout!

Boosts metabolism, improves speed, power and strength using only bodyweight exercises to emulsify fat and tone muscles!

Power Hour

£4.70 per class
A high octane, energy burning, leg zapping hour of power!

Delivered using free weight equipment together with body weight exercises to HIIT the body hard!

Vinyasa Flow

Workout at your own pace with Wendy, developing strength and flexibility in body, mind and spirit!

Poses flow together connected by the breath!

Senior Circuits

Senior Aerobics

A low impact, aerobic dance based exercise to music to inspire and motivate the over 50's!

Make and meet new and old friends while you exercise to the tunes of your teenage years!

Held in our 60:40 facility this 20 minute sports performance workout takes you to the next level!

Helps maximise results in minimum time; improving agility, core balance, stabilisation, speed, power and strength!

The latest HIIT training techniques with traditional 'old school' bodyweight exercises to set the metabolism of fire!

Get ready to be pushed to your limits by Alan in the original 30 minute workout with an after burn that lasts up to 24 hours!

Walking Football

Walking Football is a slower version of the same great game just at walking pace!

The game has been designed so that anyone can play it, regardless of age, gender or fitness levels!

Yin Yoga

£4.70 per class
Gentle/meditative melt into the mat.

Slow-paced yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time, sitting or lying down on the mat.


£5.10 per class (Fitmix)
This increasingly popular exercise regime incorporates the precision of Pilates, the technique of ballet, the alignment of yoga and the strength from sports conditioning.

The combined elements of the different methods fuse to form a challenging and exciting workout, which stretches and sculpts the muscles, whilst burning fat. Balance, strength, stamina, power, flexibility and motor control all improve. This workout produces dramatic results that sculpt and redefine the entire body, without even being a dancer.

Butts & Guts

£3.60 per class
The perfect combination for targeting your most common problem areas.

A challenging variety of abdominal and core exercises will tone and strengthen your midsection while gluteal focused moves work your backside. Through very isolated movements using body weight & resistance your butt & gut will soon be your best assets!

Intense Focus

£4.70 per class
We will zone in on specific muscle groups using our studio equipment to create an intense muscle burning workout.

This class is not for the faint-hearted, but you will leave feeling better and stronger than when you arrived.

As the name suggests...this will kill the core.

We will focus on core strength and stability, giving you flatter, tighter abs. Use this class as an add on to your previous class or come along for a quick 30 min blast! Either way, you will feel the burn.
