Booking & Cancellations Policy
- Booking Policy
You can book and pay for activities up to 14 days in advance, by phoning 01595 741000 or through our online booking service. If a class is full, put yourself on the waiting list and you will be automatically e-mailed if a space becomes available.
- Cancellations Policy
Please note that all classes are non-refundable. Membership holders must cancel booked activities more than six hours prior to the start of the activity or a late cancellation charge of £2 will be applied. Customer's accounts will be automatically blocked resulting in no further bookings being allowed until this charge has been paid. Bookings can be moved if a request comes 6 hours or more before the booking start time and matches the activity that was booked.

If you are new to fitness this is the class for you. Circuit training is a great way to get in shape and an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina bringing it back to basics in a fun and motivating environment.

Strength training as we age has many benefits, including an increase in bone density and muscle mass. This circuit class in our private Aspire studio will contribute to better balance and coordination, and reduce the risk of falls. Preserve bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis.

ICG Coach by Colour
Using colour zones to guide the intensity of the ride, coach by colour allows for an individualised workout in a group environment. Drive your ride and increase your power as you cycle through the colour zones.
ICG Virtual Ride
The instructor is displayed on the large screen with performance metrics, user interface and beautiful animations to make coaching and following instruction highly motivational and flawless.
Barbarian Forge will challenge and push you to become stronger and fitter both physically and mentally. The only limit is within your own mind, we will help you to find ways to push beyond the limits you impose upon yourself. Training methods are a mixture/fusion of Rugby, Strongman, Boxing and Volleyball training. Heavily influenced by 20 years’ experience of serving in the military... it won't be easy because it isn't supposed to be!
The sport of Powerlifting incorporates the three most effective gym exercises for building serious all round power and core strength. Join us in the Power Forge as we focus each week on the squat, bench press and deadlift along with other functional strength training exercises. Whether you want to work towards future powerlifting competitions or just to compete against yourself - come into the forge and start smashing those PB's on a regular basis.
Join us in our Aspire Gym to an introduction to strength training aimed at 13 to 16 year olds who would like to learn about how to safely develop a good solid foundation in strength. Take a step into the Forge and begin your journey toward a better, stronger, fitter you!
Is a meditation practice involving movement. It is intended to stimulate a connectedness within your body and outwardly towards your surroundings. The practice, which has its origins in ancient shamanic traditions, integrates mind and body through music and meditative movement.
In the class you will experience how fluid conscious movement will release blocked energy in your body, reawakening and re-energising you, reconnecting you with yourself and your environment and reminding you of who you are. You will learn to let yourself move with your sensations and emotions, with the joys of life and its challenges. Movement medicine will bring ease and fluidity back into your life.
Pranayama & Meditation
“Prana” is a Sanskrit word that means life force or vital energy which not only energises the body but keeps it alive, “Ayama” is a Sanskrit word that means expansion. Pranayama means expanding our life force. There are simple progressive practices that enable us to become aware of our normal breath-effortless, deep and silent. Our practices in this class cover breath awareness, cleansing, balancing, stimulating and deepening our breath.
Meditation at the core is about the mind, it can be understood as a practice to encourage a heightened state of awareness and focused attention. Through the support of Pranayama we train our mind to be aware.
Guidance from physiological to spiritual aspects of the practices will make this a joyous exploration of your body and your mind. This class is for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
Otherwise known as ‘Yoga of Awareness’ is a slow progressive yoga practice that combines Movement and Breathing with Meditation and Sound. Kundalini works with the ‘Chakra’ system - energy centres along the spine - to progressively release blockages and to stimulate deep healing.
Kundalini Yoga has been known to can help achieve wholeness and to improve self-confidence and resilience.
Designed to create a sense of fluidity and freedom in the body by working with smooth flowing breath and movement to challenge the body and mind.
Gentle and Restorative. The class combines slow gentle movement and breath work. It incorporates elements of Yoga Nidra, also known as Yoga Sleep, Yin Yoga, Guided Meditation and Sound Therapy to bring about balance and relaxation.
Breath work, movement & stillness. This practice is grounding, energising & relaxing, incorporating Yin Yoga and elements of Vinyasa. Come find freedom in letting go.
Free Flow Yoga
Freedom for mind & body. Practicing breath work and flowing interconnected poses. This class is a fluid practice linking body movements with the breath in a continuous flow.
Find strength in stillness. This gentle, meditative practice works into deep tissue tension by holding static mat based poses, working to your own edge of comfort.
A HIIT CLASSIC! This class uses training techniques with traditional ’old school’ bodyweight exercises to set the metabolism on fire! Get ready to be pushed to your limits in the original 30 minute workout with an after burn that lasts up to 24 hours.
