You will learn to let yourself move with your sensations and emotions, with the joys of life and its challenges. Movement medicine will bring ease and fluidity back into your life.

Pranayama & Meditation

Pranayama means expanding our life force. There are simple progressive practices that enable us to become aware of our normal breath-effortless, deep and silent.
