- Shetland Recreational Trust subscriptions entitle the holder to unlimited access to the equivalent activities at all Shetland Recreational Trust facilities.
The Unlimited Leisure subscription is subject to the following Conditions of use:-
- The holder is entitled to unlimited use of the subscription purchased.
- The subscription does not guarantee automatic access, and subscription holders are advised to book fitness and health suites in advance to avoid disappointment.
- An induction is required before the use of any fitness suite or health suite is permitted.
- Loyalty Points are not awarded on the sale or use of a subscription.
- Subscriptions are not refundable.
- Subscriptions are not transferable and use by anyone other than the named person will result in the termination of the subscription.
- SRT reserves the right to refuse any application for a subscription.
- Subscription details are encoded on to a leisure pass. Thereafter the leisure pass must be presented at reception before any facility is used ensuring that the holder benefits from the correct level of charge.
- The SRT General Rules and Regulations apply to all subscription holders, a copy of which is on display in each centre.
- If a subscription holder fails to comply with SRT General Rules and Regulations, or otherwise behaves in an inappropriate manner, SRT may terminate that person’s subscription.
- Not all activities are available in all centres. Customers should familiarise themselves with what is available in each centre.
- SRT reserve the right to cancel, suspend, withdraw or amend any activity or facility. All facilities will be subject to periods of closure for emergency or planned maintenance and no recompense will be made for loss of use.
- All lost, stolen or damaged leisure passes must be reported immediately. A charge may apply for a replacement.
- A Direct Debit is a legally binding contract between the applicant and SRT and represents a commitment to pay all monthly fees. It is the subscription holder’s responsibility to ensure that all monthly fees are paid in full.
- If a Direct Debit payment is not received, a letter will be sent to the holder advising that the amount due must be paid by cash or cheque.
- Subscriptions paid by monthly Direct Debit are ongoing until cancelled.
- A minimum of 2 months notice in writing is required to cancel a subscription paid by Direct Debit.
- If a Direct Debit is cancelled within the first 12 month period, a cancellation fee equal to two monthly payments will be charged. The holder will not be allowed to purchase another Direct Debit subscription for at least 12 months.
- SRT reserves the right to review monthly Direct Debit payments and charges may be increased annually.
- Subscription holders will be give a minimum of one month’s notice of any proposed increase and will have the right to cancel the subscription without penalty. Failure to cancel will imply acceptance of the increase.
